Earl
is every man. Earlene is every woman. They are you in your wildest moments.
Earl is you in a lime green polyester leisure suit. Earlene is you with
a beehive hairdo. They are eccentric and conservative with a liberal
twist. They're funny and they're serious, a little country and a little
city. Garage sales and thrift stores fill their weekends AND their trailer.
Although Earlene is compulsive and often talks too much and Earl can be too analytical, they have learned to happily cohabitate. Earl and Earlene are the common thread in all of us and yet unique in their own special way. They are friendly, unpretentious and straightforward.
Their clothes may not always match but they know its not color-coordinated fashion that makes a person good hearted. Earl's favorite color is plaid and Earlene has a passion for pearls, polka dots, and anything else under $4.99 at the thrift store. Earl and Earlene love to laugh, especially at themselves. They believe if you smile the world smiles back at you.
